Chocolate Profiteroles

Enjoy this classic dessert composed of choux pastry filled with cream and topped with warm chocolate sauce!

Start by preparing choux pastry.

Pipe choux mounds and top with craquelin if desired. Bake until golden.

Once cooled down, fill the choux buns with cream.

Heat together heavy cream, milk, sugar and salt. Gradually pour over melted chocolate.
