Condensed Milk Truffles

Ingredients

condensed milk  salt milk, optional semisweet chocolate Toppings: unsweetened cocoa powder, sprinkles, chopped nuts

STEP 1

Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 20 second increments, stirring in-between.

STEP 2

Briefly heat together the condensed milk, salt and milk then pour over the melted chocolate.

STEP 3

Stir just until fully combined. Transfer to a shallow container and chill.

STEP 4

Take out about a teaspoon of truffle mixture and shape into a ball. 

STEP 5

Roll in desired topping. Shake off excess and place in a container. Cover and chill.

 Enjoy!

These truffles are rich, creamy and packed with chocolate!   For a boozy version, simply flavor them with rum or whatever you like!
