Easy Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients

egg whites  sugar  salt honey  vanilla extract desiccated coconut

STEP 1

Whisk together the egg whites, sugar and salt until white and creamy.

STEP 2

Whisk in the honey and vanilla extract. Then add the coconut and stir with a wooden spoon.

STEP 3

The mixture will start to thicken and come together. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.

STEP 4

Scoop about a tablespoon of dough and shape as desired. Place on a baking sheet.

STEP 5

Bake on the middle shelf until lightly golden.

 Enjoy!

For a chocolate twist, dip in melted chocolate or drizzle some on top!
