Lemon Sherbet

– lemon juice – sugar – water – heavy cream – whole milk

STEP 1

Strain the lemon juice through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl.

STEP 2

Add the sugar and stir.

STEP 3

Pour the water. Let it sit for a few minutes until the sugar has fully dissolved.

STEP 4

Pour the heavy cream and milk and stir until fully combined.

The mixture might look curdled at this point. Don’t worry about it. 

STEP 5

Pour into a frozen baking pan. Freeze for about 4 hours.

STEP 6

Mix the lemon sherbet for a smoother texture. 

 Enjoy!

Serve immediately or freeze until needed!
