Vacherin (Meringue Cake)

Delicious and easy to make, the vacherin features French meringue layers that are topped with ice cream and sorbet then covered in whipped cream!

Start by preparing French meringue.

Pipe disks and bake until dry. 

Place a meringue disk in a springform pan. Spread ice cream over it.

Top with the second meringue disk.

Cover with sorbet and freeze.

Decorate with whipped cream and meringue kisses if desired. Enjoy!
