Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!
I know you are probably quite busy so I thought I’d show you how to quickly navigate this website and get the most value out of it.
If you’re not sure where to start, I’d recommend doing the Baking Calendars. The calendars are designed for busy people who want to learn the pastry basics but don’t have much free time.
They are organized in a lesson format, where the posts build up on previous knowledge. It is best to do them in order although you can of course work on the ones that interest you the most. The calendars are focused on a specific topic, for example choux pastry, and we will learn together how to make choux pastry in several forms.
Every calendar is composed of 4 weeks and we’ll make one new recipe per week. The recipe will usually be broken down into 2 or 3 parts so that you can fit it into your busy schedule. You can either bake everything in one day (unless resting time is required) or split the tasks over several days.
You’ll find a list of all the ingredients needed for the whole month so that you can organize yourself at your convenience.
To access all the baking calendars, you can simply go to the menu and select Baking Calendars.
And if you just want to bake something specific, that’s great too. Simply look for that dessert in the search bar or scroll through the categories.
I really hope you will find what you are looking for and if you have any questions or topics you’d like me to cover, let me know!
Looking forward to baking with you!
